What Mint a Brand is

Mint a Brand is a design studio. It produces an icon, a banner, a page background, a one-page website and the words on it, for a Solana token, and prepares the launch transaction as part of that package. The token is created by you, with your own wallet, on a marketplace we do not operate.

It is a paid design service: not an exchange, not a broker, not a custodian, and not an investment product. We never sign on your behalf and we do not take a share of anything you launch.

Who is behind it

A two-person team in New Zealand — a writer and a developer — who have built and run small software and publishing projects for years. Mint a Brand is not a registered company name and we do not present it as one; it is the name of the service and of the tokens our customers launch.

How to reach a person

Write to contact@mintabrand.com. A human reads that mailbox, usually within one working day, New Zealand time. If something has gone wrong with an order, put the order number in the subject line and it will be picked up first. If you would rather complain formally, say so in the same email and it will be answered as a complaint, not as a support ticket.

What we do with your money

You pay 30.0 US dollars' worth of SOL to a one-off address created for your order. When the order is complete we move that payment out of the order address to our own wallet; that transfer happens automatically within ten minutes and is recorded against the order. If we cannot deliver, the same amount goes back to the wallet that paid. The full list of what we will and will not launch is on the policy page, and the terms are in Terms and Privacy.

What we will never ask you for

Your seed phrase, your private key, your wallet password, or remote access to your computer. Nobody from Mint a Brand will message you first asking for any of those, and nobody will ask you to move funds to "verify" a wallet. The only payment address we ever give you is the one shown on your own order page.
