Privacy Policy

Applies to Mint a Brand itself — the service, not the individual tokens launched through it. Every token page carries its own terms as well.

What we collect

The brief you submit (name, ticker, description, style), an optional email address, the order record, and the Solana addresses involved: the deposit address you paid, and the wallet that signed the launch. We do not ask for your name, identification documents or a payment card, and we run no identity verification.

Why we hold it

To deliver your order, to show you its status, to support you if something goes wrong, and to meet basic accounting and dispute obligations. Order records are kept so a launch can be traced back to the brief it was sold against.

On-chain data

Solana is a public ledger. The token, the paying transaction and the signing wallet are permanently public and may be linked to your order by anyone who looks, including us. That is a property of the network, not a choice we can undo.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell data. We use Solana RPC providers and a price feed to run the service, and hosting providers to serve the site. Records are retained while the order may be disputed, then cleared.

Your controls

Write to contact@mintabrand.com to ask what we hold about an order, or to have the email address removed. On-chain records cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.
